Why I stopped picking up my phone!
My phone rings a lot in a day, and often it's about unimportant stuff! My family interrupts me to waffle about small things that can wait. My colleagues interrupt me to ask questions they could have figured out themselves. I get it. Sometimes we all want to talk, and it's easier to chop it up with voice than text.
